Weather Forecast During 30 Dec – 2 Jan, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. Cooler weather and strong wind is expected over upper Thailand with dropping by 4-6 C in the Northe and 1-3 ?C in the other. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and the South of Thailand with 2-3 meters of high wave in the Gulf.
During 3-5 Jan, the weak high pressure. Rising temperature and fog in the morning with thick patches some places are likely in the upper Thailand. The stronger northeast monsoon will weaken.
Warning during 30 Dec – 2 Jan People in the upper Thailand should keep warm and healthy due to cooler weather. People living in coastal South East Coast should beware of strong wind wave inshore and all ship in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore. During 3-5 Jan, people in the upper Thailand should beware of dense fog.
Northern Part During 30 Dec – 4 Jan, cool to cold and light rain in the first period with dropping by 4-6 ?C after that rising in temperature. Minimum temperature 12-18 ?C. Maximum temperature 29-33 ?C.
Cold to very cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 3-10 ?C.
