The high pressure over upper Thailand is weakening. Cool weather remains over upper Thailand with fog in the morning. People should keep warm and healthy and vehicle drivers should be aware of the low visibility.
The weakening northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South of Thailand still lead to the wind waves about 2 meters high in the Gulf from Surat Thani downward. All ships should proceed with caution.
The westerly trough moves across the upper North of Thailand by today. Isolated rain is expected over the area then cooler weather with dropping by 2-4 C.
