The westerly winds in the upper air prevail over the North and the upper Northeast. This causes cold weather still in the upper Thailand with fog in the morning and the Northeast has colder and temperature will drop 1-2 C. People should keep warm and healthy. Vehicle drivers should proceed with caution due to poor visibility. The weak northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South of Thailand lead to less rain.
