General Situation
The weak high pressure covers upper Thailand and South China Sea with rising temperature, but cool spell remains. The southerly winds and the southeasterly winds bring the humidity from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East with outbreaks of rain spell possible.
Another intense high pressure extended to middle of China, expected during 23-25 Jan, 2016 it will extend to cover the upper Thailand. Thundershowers, as well as strong wind, will be likely first following with 6-10 C decrease. The northeast monsoon across the South and the Gulf will intensify with isolated heavy rain expected and high sea likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
