The high pressure cover Thailand is weakening. Rising temperature with fog in the morning and cool weather remain over upper Thailand. The westerly trough covers the North and the upper Northeast. Affect outbreaks of persistent cold spell and rain bands. All people should keep warm and healthy due to the severe weather.
The weak northeast monsoon across the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered rain is likely in the areas. The wind waves in the lower Gulf are expected about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
