Rising temperature with fog in the morning is expected over upper Thailand but cool weather remains over the North, the Northeast and the upper Central. The weak northeast monsoon prevails across the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Decreasing rain is expected in the South while 1-2 meters of high wave remain in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward. All ships should proceed with caution.
