Expected it will extend to cover the upper Northeast and South China Sea today. During 1-4 February, Thundershowers in the first and following by 2-4 C decrease. The northeast monsoon will intensify with more rain in the South while the wind waves in the lower Gulf is likely about 2 meters. All ships should proceed with caution.
