Weather Forecast During 1-2 Feb, the moderate high pressure from China will extend to the upper North, Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Outbreaks of rain and cool weather with 3-5 C drops are expected over upper Thailand. The moderated northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Scattered rain is expected over the area with wave about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf. After that during 3-4 Feb, high pressure will weaken, rising in temperature is expected.
During 5-7 Feb, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to the upper Thailand. Cool weather with 2-3 C drops are expected over upper Thailand. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Strong wind-wave is expected over the area with wave about 2-3 meters high in the south of the Gulf.

Northern Part During 1-2 Feb, isolated thundershowers and temperature will drop 2-3 C.
After that during 3-4 Feb, rising in temperature. During 5-7 Feb, temperature will drop 1-3 C.
Cold in the upper part, minimum temperature 10-15 C. Elsewhere cool, minimum temperature 16-18 C.
Maximum temperature 26-32 C. Very cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 3-8 C.
Easterly wind 10-30 km./hr.
Northeastern Part During 1-2 Feb, Isolated thundershowers and temperature will drop 3-5 C.
After that during 3-4 Feb, rising in temperature. During 5-7 Feb, temperature will drop 2-3 C.
Cool to cold. Minimum temperature 14-18 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C.
Cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 8-12 C.
Northeasterly wind 15-35 km/hr.
Central Part During 1-2 Feb, isolated thundershowers and temperature will drop 1-3 C.
After that during 3-4 Feb, rising in temperature. During 5-7 Feb, temperature will drop 1-3 C.
Minimum temperature 19-23 C. Maximum temperature 32-34.
Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Eastern Part During 1-2 Feb, isolated to widely scattered thundershowers and temperature will drop 1-2 C.
After that during 3-4 Feb, rising in temperature. During 5-7 Feb, temperature will drop 1-2 C.
Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.
Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Southern Part (East Coast) During 1-4 Feb, widely scattered to scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in the lower part.
Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
The upper Gulf from Chumphon upward: Wave height 1-2 meter.
The lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward: Wave height about 2 meters
and above 2 meters in the thundershowers.
During 5-7 Feb, scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in the lower part.
Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meter.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C.
Southern Part (West Coast) Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers through the period.
Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C.
Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meter.
Metropolitan During 1-2 Feb, isolated to widely scattered thundershowers and temperature will drop 1-2 C.
