Weather Forecast During 4-5 Feb, the high pressure over Thailand is weakening. Rising temperature with fog in the morning is likely over upper Thailand but cool weather remains in the North, the Northeast and the upper central. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers is likely in the South with wave about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward.
During 6-9 Feb, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to the upper Thailand. Cool weather with strong wind and 3-5 C drops are expected over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain is expected over the South with wave 2-3 meters high in the Gulf.
Warning During 6-9 Feb, People in upper Thailand especially in the North and the Northeast should take warm and healthy. All ship in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
Northern Part During 4-6 Feb, slight rise temperature with fog in the morning.
Cold in the upper part, minimum temperature 12-16 C.
Elsewhere cool, minimum temperature 17-21C. Maximum temperature 29-35 C.
Cold to very cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 4-10 C. Easterly wind 10-30 km./hr.
