General Situation The strong high pressure from China covers Thailand is weakening. Rising in temperature 2-4 ?C, but still cold weather in the upper Thailand. People should keep warm and healthy based on this condition and all vehicle drivers should precede with caution due to poor visibility.
The strong northeast monsoon across the South of Thailand and the Gulf is weakened. The wind wave 2-3 meters high in the lower gulf from Surat Thani southward. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
