General Situation Another moderate high pressure from China covers upper Vietnam. It is expected to cover the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea over night (15 February 2016). Cold spell and strong winds are expected with 2-4 C drops in the Northeast of Thailand. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand will strengthen. The strong wind wave 2-3 meters is likely from Surat Thani downward. All people should beware of inshore surf. All ships should proceed with caution during 15-18 February 2016.
