Cold spells and strong winds are expected with 1-3 C drops in the Northeast. During 22-23 Feb, the high pressure is weakening. Temperature rise with fog in the morning.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand will stronger cause the wind wave from Surat Thani downward 2-3 meters high through out the period.
