Cold spells and strong winds are expected with 1-3 C drops in the Northeast. During 22-23 Feb, the high pressure is weakening. Temperature rise with fog in the morning. After that the high pressure will extend to the upper the northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand will stronger cause the wind wave from Nakhon Si Thammarat downward about 2 meters high through out the period.
