Weather Forecast During 20-21 Feb, the moderates another high pressure from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Cold spells and strong winds are expected with 1-3 C drops in the Northeast and isolated rain in the lower Central and the East. During 22-23 Feb, the high pressure is weakening. Temperature rise with fog in the morning. After that during 24-25 Feb, the high pressure will extend to the upper the northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Cold spells and strong winds are expected with 2-4 C drops in the Northeast and isolated rain in the North, the lower Central and the East.

The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand will stronger cause the wind wave from Nakhon Si Thammarat downward about 2 meters high through out the period.

Warning During 21-22 and 24-25 Feb, People in the Northeast should take warm and healthy. All ship in the Gulf of Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat downward should proceed with caution through out the period.

Northern Part During 20-22 Feb, slightly drops in temperature.

Cool to cold in the upper part, minimum temperature 12-15 C.

After that, during 24-25 Feb, rise in temperature with fog in the morning and isolated and widely scattered thundershower.

Northeastern Part During 20-22 and 24-25 Feb, 2-4 C drops temperature. Cool to cold with strong wind.

Minimum temperature 12-19 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C.

Cold to very cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 4-11 C. Northeasterly wind 20-35 km/hr.

Central Part During 19-21 Feb, 1-2 C rises in temperature. Cool with fog in the morning and dense fog some place. Hot during daytime.

Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 34-37C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

During 22-25 Feb, slightly drops in temperature and cool in the morning. Isolated rain.

Minimum temperature 18-22 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part During 19-21 Feb, 1-2 C rises in temperature with fog in the morning.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C.

Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter.

During 22-25 Feb, slightly drops in temperature and cool in the morning. Isolated rain.

Minimum temperature 19-23 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C.

Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.

Southern Part (East Coast) Isolated rain to widely scattered thundershowers through out the period.

The upper Gulf from Surat Thani upward: Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr, Wave height 1-2 meters.

The lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat downward:

Easterly winds 20-40 km/hr Wave height about 2 meters and 2-3 in thundershower.

Minimum temperature 20-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.

Southern Part (West Coast) Isolated to widely scattered thundershowers through out the period.

Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1- 2 meters and about 2 meters offshore.

Minimum temperature 21-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.

Metropolitan During 19-21 Feb, 1-2 C rises in temperature with fog in the morning and dense fog some place.

Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

During 22-25 Feb, partly cloudy and slightly drops in temperature. Isolated rain.
