General Situation The strong high pressure from China extends to cover the upper Thailand and the South China Sea. It is expected to reach upper Thailand until 27 February. Cold spells by 6-8 C drops, as well as strong winds, are possible in the Northeast. The North, the Central and the East temperature will drops 4-8 C. People should keep warm and healthy due to the changeable weather.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South of Thailand is intensifying. Wind waves 2-4 meters in the lower Gulf from Chumphon southward. All people should beware of inshore surf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 25-27 February.
