Weather Forecast During 25-28 Feb, the strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cold spells and strong winds are expected with 1-3 C drops in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The North temperature will drops 2-4 C drop. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand is stronger leads to wind waves 2-4 meters in the lower Gulf from Chumphon southward.

During 29 Feb - 2 Mar, the high pressure areas covers upper Thailand is weakening. Cold weather remains in upper Thailand. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. The wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand is weakened.

Warning During 25-27 Feb, People in the Northeast should take warm and healthy. All ship in the Gulf of Thailand from Surat Thani downward should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

Northern Part During 26 Feb – 2 Mar, 2-4 C drops temperature with strong wind.

Upper part: cold, minimum temperature 12-15 C.

Elsewhere: cool, minimum temperature 16-21 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C.

Cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 6-11 C. Westerly wind 15-30 km./hr.

Northeastern Part During 25-28 Feb, cold with strong wind and 1-3 C drops temperature.

Minimum temperature 11-15 C. Maximum temperature 27-30 C.

Cold to very cold in the mountain top, minimum temperature 4-11 C. Northeasterly wind 20-35 km/hr.

During 29 Feb – 2 Mar, Cool to cold in the morning.
