General Situation The weak high pressure over upper Thailand and the South China Sea leads to rising temperature by 1-3 ?C and fog in the morning in the Northeast, the East and the Central. Morning cool spells remain with fog and thick patch in some place while hot during daytime in the upper country. People should keep warm and healthy due to the changeable weather, all vehicle drives with caution due to poor visibility. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand leading to the wind waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward. All ships should proceed with caution.
