General Situation The heat low covers upper Thailand, and the southeasterly winds bring the humidity from the South China sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the Northeast, the Central and the East. Outbreaks of the confluence of southeasterly winds and westerly winds dominate over the North.
Hot spells are across the upper country while the risk of very hot spells, gusty winds and thundershowers is possible in some places of following provinces: Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phetchabun, Loei, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Ubon Ratchathani, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chachoengsao, Prachin Buri and Sa Kaeo. People should beware of the severe weather conditions and keep off unsecured buildings.

Northeastern Part Hot spells and very hot in some place. Widely scattered thundershowers with gusty winds
mostly in Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom,
Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central Part Hot to very hot and isolated thundershowers with gusty winds
mostly in Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

Eastern Part Hot spells and very hot in some place. Widely scattered thundershowers with gusty winds
mostly in Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chachoendsao, Prachin Buri and Sa Kaeo.

Southern Part (East Coast) Hot during the day. Widely scattered thundershowers
mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani and Narathiwat.
