Provinces include Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Ubon Ratchathani, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. People should beware of the severe weather conditions and keep off unsecured buildings.
