General Situation The active low pressure covers western Myanmar rooting up for the strengthening southwest winds that prevail across Thailand.

Outbreaks of thundershowers, together with isolated heavy rain, are likely affecting the following regions: the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South west coast. People should beware of their accumulation mainly in Tak, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phetchabun, Nong Kai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong Phangnga and Phuket.

The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 22-26 May.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.

Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy. Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain

mainly in Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket.
