General Situation The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand is weaken. The Southeasterly wind prevails over the Northeast and the East and a low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. More rain is likely the upper Thailand.
Outbreaks of isolated heavy thundershowers are mainly in provinces: Lamphun, Lampang, Phetchabun, Loei, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Krabi, Phangnga and Phuket. People should beware of the severe conditions and possible flash flood. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea is likely.
