General Situation The low pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin and upper Vietnam. The southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand.
Isolated heavy rain is expected in following provinces: Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Kamphaeng Phet, Tak, Loei, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Mukdahan, Ubon Ratchathani, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. People should beware of severe condition. Rain remains over Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity.
