General Situation The active low pressure over the middle South China Sea tends to move near the coast of upper Vietnam during 27-28 June. The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman, Thailand and the upper Gulf. Continuous rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the upper Thailand with very heavy rain in the Northeast mainly in the following provinces: Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Sakon Nakhon, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, Roi Et, Kalasin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani. All people should stay tuned for the weather update

The Andaman and the upper Gulf will gain waves 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore until 29 June.

The tropical depression moves make landfall the Philippines and expected will move to the South China Sea. It is moving northwestward. The travelers should advised before departure. This storm no effect on Thailand.

mainly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun,

Phichit, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak.

Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Very cloudy and fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy to very heavy rain

mainly in Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon,

Roi Et, Kalasin, Nakhon Ratchasima, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Central Part Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain

mainly in Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Sawan,

Lop Buri and Saraburi.

Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part Very cloudy and fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy rain

mainly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan,

Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla and Pattani.

Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (West Coast) Very cloudy with isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket.

Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C.

Phuket northward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.

Krabi southward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Metropolitan Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain.
