General Situation The active low pressure covers the North and the upper Northeast with the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman, Thailand and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of continuous rain with some heavy remains over the upper country, as well as isolated very heavy rain in the East and the South. The provinces include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Tak, Loei, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong and Pangnga. There remains rain with isolated heavy rain in Bangkok and its vicinity.
The Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf will gain waves 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution. Small boats will be keeping ashore by today.
