General Situation The weak southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand while the southeasterly wind prevails over the Northeast, the East and the Central. Outbreaks of continuous rain remain over the upper country, as well as isolated heavy rain in the North and the East. The provinces include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Phetchabun, Chanthaburi and Trat. There remains rain in Bangkok and its vicinity.
