General Situation The moderated southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand affect outbreaks of continuous rain over the areas. Isolated heavy rain is still likely over following provinces: Chanthaburi, Trat, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. All people in these areas should beware flash flood as well. While there remains afternoon to evening rain in Bangkok and its vicinity.
