General Situation Tropical storm “Mirinae” over Tonkin Bay was centered 50 km east of Hanoi, Vietnam, it hit North Vietnam near Hanoi. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. More rain in upper part of Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the North and the Northeast. All people should beware of severe conditions.
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevail across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand affecting more rain with isolated heavy rain in the South and the East while there remain evening rain in Bangkok and its vicinity with isolated heavy rain.
