General Situation At 1.00 a.m., tropical depression “Mirinae” over upper Vietnam was downgraded to low pressure cell affecting more rain over the North and the Northeast of Thailand and isolated heavy rain. The moderate southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea, the South and the upper Gulf of Thailand leads to isolated heavy rain over the East and the South west coast. There remains evening rain in Bangkok and its vicinity with isolated heavy rain. All people should stay tuned for the weather update.
