General Situation The low pressure covers Myanmar while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the upper Gulf of the country. Isolated heavy rain remains likely in the North. All people should beware of severe weather condition and possible flood. Afternoon to evening rain is likely in Bangkok and its vicinity.
Tropical storm “NIDA” located at Northern Philippines is moving west-northwest with wind speed of 20 km/hr. It is expected to move pass the upper Philippines to upper South China Sea by today (1 August). Travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
