The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the upper Gulf of Thailand causes continue rain in the country, as well as isolated heavy rain in the upper North and Northeast with very heavy rain in the East and Southwest over Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong and Phangnga. All people should beware of severe weather condition. There remains rain over Bangkok and its vicinity in the afternoon to evening.
The strong winds wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand are likely 2-3 meters height. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats in Andaman Sea keep ashore.
