General Situation The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the upper Gulf of Thailand with outbreaks of continuous rain, as well as isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the Chanthaburi and Trat. People of the South and the East should beware of severe conditions. There remains rain over Bangkok and its vicinity with heavy rain in someplace. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
