Weather Forecast The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand caused the strong wind waves 2-4 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand all most the period.
During 19-20 Aug, the tropical depression over the upper South China Sea is expected to move across upper Vietnam, and Laos caused more rain over Thailand, with isolated heavy to very heavy rain at the North and the upper Northeast after that less rain over upper Thailand during 21-22 Aug.
During 23-25 Aug, monsoon through lie across the North and the Northeast to the active low pressure cell over the upper South China Sea while the moderated southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand caused more rain over Thailand, with isolated heavy to very heavy rain at the North, the upper Northeast, the East and the South.
Warning During 19-20, 23-25 Aug, people at the North, the upper Northeast should beware of severe conditions. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 19-21 Aug.
Northern Part During 19-20 and 23-24 Aug, scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain especially during 19-20 Aug.
