Provinces include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Tak, Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phangnga, and Phuket. All people in these areas should beware of severe weather conditions. Bangkok and its vicinity are decreasing rain and chance of rain in the afternoon to evening.
