General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast to the low pressure cell over Tonkin Bay. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of more rain are forecast with some heavy in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South while isolated heavy rain affects Bangkok and its vicinity in afternoon to evening. Moderated wind-wave in Andaman Sea, all ships should be procedure with caution until 7 Sep, 2016.
On 6 Sep, 2016 it is expected very heavy rain in South western incloud Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. People should beware the severe condition.
