General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast to the low pressure cell over upper Vietnam. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of more rain are forecast with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the upper Thailand excepted the South East Coast provinces include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Tak, Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Uthai Thani, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. People should beware the severe condition until today while isolated heavy rain affects Bangkok and its vicinity in afternoon to evening. The wind waves is likely about 2 meters in the Andaman Sea, all ships should be procedure with caution.
