General Situation The monsoon trough move up lies across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of rain are forecast with isolated heavy rain in the upper Thailand excepted the South East Coast provinces include Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat, Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. People should beware the severe condition until today while rain affects Bangkok and its vicinity in afternoon to evening. The wind waves is likely about 2 meters in the Andaman Sea, all ships should be procedure with caution.
