Weather Forecast: During 10-11 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast to the active low pressure cell over the Tonkin Bay. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand caused increasing rain with isolated heavy rain over Thailand. During 12-15 Sep, the active low pressure cell in the Southern Philippines develops to tropical depression. It is trend to move to the coast of Vietnam. More rain is likely in the upper Thailand and the South west coast. The strong wind waves are expected in the South west coast. Warning
Warning During 10-15 Sep, people in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South should beware of severe conditions. During 11-15 Sep, all ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
