General Situation The active low pressure declined from tropical depression “Rai” has passed Ubon Ratchathani and Amnat Charoen. It is forecast to move from the middle Northeast further the upper Central and the North. This affects these areas torrential rain and gusty winds much of provinces: Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Chaiyaphum, Buri Ram, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Saraburi, Lop Buri, Chai Nat, Uthai Thani, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Tak and Phetchabun. All the following areas, namely, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Si Sa Ket, Surin, Amnat Charoen, and Ubon Ratchathani, have reduction of rain. People should beware of the severe conditions, and all travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
The stronger southwest monsoon covers the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand with wind wave 2-3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution until 19 September.

mainly in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun and Tak.

Northeastern Part Cloudy with widespread thundershowers. Heavy to very heavy rain with gusty wind much of
Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Chaiyaphum, Buri Ram and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Central Part Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers. Isolated heavy rain
mainly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Saraburi and Lop Buri.

Eastern Part Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain
mainly in Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 26-32 C.
Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers areas.
Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters offshore.
Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers. Isolated heavy rain
mainly in Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket.

Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.
