General Situation The active low pressure declined from tropical depression “RAI” has moved from the lower North and covered the west side of the North. This cause heavy rain in some areas in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, and Tak. People should beware the severe conditions, and all travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
The stronger winds waves leads to 2-3 meters likely in the Andaman Sea of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore until 19 September 2016.
