General Situation The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Rain remain are expected in the North and the South and isolated heavy rain in the North.
The stronger wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore until 20 September 2016.
