General Situation The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand while the ridge of high pressure extended to cover the upper North and the upper Northeast effect to the monsoon trough is stronger. This trough is move down to lies across the Central, the East and the lower Northeast of Thailand. This cause is abundance rain in these areas and heavy rain in many areas and very heavy rain in some place including province: Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Ubon Ratchathani, Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi and Trat. All people in these areas should beware accumulates rain and heavy rain in this period. Bangkok and its vicinity have a risk of thundershowers with isolated heavy rain in afternoon to evening.

The stronger wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore throughout period.

Saraburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C.

Eastern Part Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C.

Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C.

Chumphon upward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters offshore.

Surat Thani downward: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.

Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C.

Phuket upward: Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr.

Wave height 2-3 meters and about 3 meters in thundershower areas.

Krabi downward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Metropolitan 80% chance of thundershower with isolated heavy rain mostly in afternoon to evening.
