The strong wind waves are likely 2 - 3 meters in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. During 23-27 Sep, the weak high pressure area covers upper the North and 4the Northeast. The weak monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast cause continuous rain is likely over upper Thailand. Less rain is likely in the Central, the East.
