General Situation The monsoon trough prevails across the lower Central and the East with the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Heavy rain is likely in the lower North, the Central, the East and the lower Northeast, as well as Bangkok and its vicinity. Very heavy rain is likely in some parts of following provinces: Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Ranong and Phangnga.
All people should beware of the severe conditions. The stronger wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore.
