General Situation The monsoon trough prevails across the lower Central and the East with the rather strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Rain remains is likely in the Central, the East and the lower Northeast, as well as isolated heavy rain including provinces: Ratchaburi, SamutSongkhram, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi, Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. Bangkok and its vicinity has still risk of isolated thundershowers.
All people should beware of the severe conditions. The stronger wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore.
