Weather Forecast During 10-13 Oct, The moderate high pressure covers upper Thailand, and the monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South and the East into low pressure cell in Cambodia. During 14-16 Oct, The strong high pressure covers upper Thailand, and the monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South while low pressure cell cover Tonkin Bay.
The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the South west coast and the East.
During 10-13 Oct, continuous rain is still likely with isolated heavy rain in the lower Northeast, the Central, the East and the South west coast while less rain is forecast in the North and the upper Northeast. During 14-16 Oct, more rain is likely in the North and the Northeast while abundant rain will be likely with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the Central, the East, the South west coast and Bangkok and its vicinity.
Tropical depression “AERE” over the upper South China Sea is coasting East slowly near southern China. It will downgrade to low pressure cell and dissipation lateral. It has not yet affected Thailand. All travellers should stay tuned for the weather update.
Warning During 12 – 15 Oct, people in the lower North, the Central, the East, The lower Northeast and the South should beware of the severe conditions.
