General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South to the low pressure cell over Cambodia while the southwest monsoon remains across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of torrential rain with heavy in some parts are still likely over the Central, the East and the South while a decrease in rain is forecast for the North and the Northeast. Bangkok and its vicinity regain isolated heavy rain.
