Monsoon trough remains lie across the lower Central, the upper South and the East while south-west monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand is stronger. Increasing rain and isolated heavy rain in the lower Central, the East and the South. Wind wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand 2-3 meters high.
Typhoon “SARIKA” in the upper South China Sea. It is expected move to Hainan Island and coastal of upper Vietnam during 18-20 October.
