Rain is still likely over the South west coast with isolated heavy to very heavy rain include provices: Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. All people should beware of accumulated rainfall. Afternoon to evening rain affects Bangkok and its vicinity.

At 04.00 a.m. on 19 October, Tropical storm “SARIKA” over Bay of Tonkin was due 350 km. Southeast of Hanoi, Vietnam. This storm will move to upper Vietnam near Hanoi today and downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell in order. This storms no effect on Thailand.
