General Situation The high pressure area remains cover the upper Vietnam and South China Sea. Southeasterly winds bring humidity from South China Sea cover the Northeast, the East, the Central and the North. These areas have continued rain and isolated heavy rain. The Low pressure cell cover in the lower South China Sea near tip of Indochina and the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Continue rain is likely over the south and isolated heavy rain. The Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution. Bangkok and its vicinity still have outbreaks of rain with heavy in some parts.
