General Situation The rather strong high pressure covers the North, the Northeast and the Central with outbreaks of cool to cold spell and morning fog patches. The northeast monsoon across the South and the Gulf affects the South continuous rainfall especially in the lower South. Outbreaks of rainfall in Bangkok and its vicinity are similar to yesterday. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution.
The tropical depression in the lower South China Sea moves west slowly through southern tip of Indochina during 5-6 November. All people should stay tuned for the weather update.
